- Evaluating a Current Plan – We help you to design your plan by explaining the specific advantages and disadvantages for each aspect. Our experience makes us experts at explaining to you each area of plan design and assisting in choosing options which most closely align with your goals.
- Plan Documents – We prepare and maintain prototype and volume submitter plan documents, including required prototype amendments, as well as customized amendments. We also provide individually designed document preparation.
- Keeping the Plan Current – In today’s legislative environment, ongoing developments in benefit planregulations add to the complexity of managing a retirement program. RPS proactively monitors legislative activity, providing sponsors with technical support to interpret existing or changing regulations and the impact on their plans.
